I found friendly staff , from reception to the cleaning lady they always smiled. the room was spacious and suitable. It met all my needs perfectly. i also appreciated the available parking at £7 a day. It made logistics much easier.
The room windows were fully open upon my arrival on a very chilly day. it took some time to warm the room. I needed to adjust radiators and the towel rail.

My family room had both a double bed and two single beds. This provided ample space. the bathroom included necessary amenities. All clean. this arrangement greatly suited our family's requirements, ensuring everyone felt comfortable.

The breakfast offered a fantastic selection. I found it satisfying. the food quality seemed good, especially the full breakfast. The options available met different dietary needs. i considered the meals a strong point of my stay.

The staff showed genuine care and were helpful with requests. They readily assisted. the leisure facilities included an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. These were very well maintained. i felt the service contributed positively to my experience.

the staff were very helpful at reception! they gave great information about the area. breakfast had plenty of choices and came quickly. the staff was also pleasant and efficient.
The corridors smelled bad, i thought. the room felt very dated. It needs some refurbishment. i also noticed that the steam room and sauna need a revamp, apply, twice.
